We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s growth strategy, building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Good hold on generating business revenue
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- End to End Project management
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new partnerships with agencies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in business development in event industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Good in negotiation
